Pittsburgh wins Midget Showcase event

ANN ARBOR, MICH. - The Pittsburgh Hornets won the NAHL Midget Showcase Series tournament with a 4-2 victory over the Chicago Young Americans in the championship game.

Jared Fuhs struck for two goals in the win for Pittsburgh, with defenseman Tyler Urda scoring the game-winner.  Stephen Johns notched the other Hornets goal.

Pittsburgh downed Compuware, 2-1, in the semifinals earlier in the day.  Kyle Singleton scored both Hornet goals in that contest.
